Yes. Monthly memberships can be canceled anytime with notice before your next billing date. No long-term contracts — we want this to feel supportive, not stressful.

Yes! Unlimited open play covers the children in your immediate household when attending together with a caregiver.

Yes. Memberships renew automatically each month (or year, if annual) so you don’t have to think about it. You’ll always receive a reminder email before renewal, and you can manage your membership through your Punchpass account at any time.

Memberships are not transferable between households, but they do cover all children in your immediate family. Punch passes may be shared within your household.

We know family life has seasons. If you’re heading out of town or need a pause, reach out — we’ll always try to work with you in a way that feels fair and supportive.

Open play includes access to our thoughtfully designed play space during scheduled open hours. Caregivers stay and supervise — this isn’t drop-off care — but it is a place to exhale a little while your little ones explore.

No. Nest & Gather is a caregiver-and-child space. Adults are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
